Anonymity in CoreCounts

CoreCounts Anonymity Rundown (This is important!)

  • Individual answers are never displayed; only aggregated results are presented. A minimum of 3 employees needs to have answered a survey to see the results in a segment.
  • Text answers are anonymous by default, but if you share identifiable information in your message we won't be able to prevent that (i.e. your name, your department etc). A minimum of 3 employees needs to have answered a survey to see anonymous feedback.
  • Information collected is protected by strict rules and protocols, which prevent your company admin from manipulating our system to reveal your identity.

How is anonymity preserved?

To preserve employee anonymity, the answers of all members of a segment are aggregated and then converted into scores. These scores are presented to your company admins with no identification from whom they came.
