Anonymous Feedback Report
Collecting data through surveys gives us a great snapshot of what’s going on in our organization (which it does!) but collecting anonymous feedback in conjunction with the survey questions is where transformation can truly happen. With CoreCounts, employees can share optional anonymous feedback through Culture Tracking Surveys with each survey question and at the end of every Culture Tracking Survey.
When team members provide anonymous feedback via Culture Tracking Surveys, system administrators will receive a daily email informing them there is anonymous feedback to review in the Task Hub / Reporting Hub in CoreCounts. You can view Anonymous Feedback via expandable lists grouped by categories in Culture Tracking.
The Anonymous Feedback report will default to the last 90 days of Not Acknowledged feedback. You can change the date range and acknowledgement status to filter the feedback you’re viewing. If you can’t find feedback that you know was there previously, changing the date range and/or acknowledgement status will likely help you find the feedback you were seeking.
It’s important for your team members to know someone has seen the information they’ve taken the time to give you. If they end up feeling like their feedback is going to a mysterious suggestion box, they’ll likely stop offering feedback after a while. To prevent this, you can respond to feedback a variety of ways:
- Click on the Respond button next to a specific piece of feedback given for the window, shown below to appear. From here, you can craft your own response or simply click the Send Message button to send a “Thank you for your feedback on the {date} survey, it has been acknowledged and is appreciated!” response.
- You can also respond to more than one piece of feedback at the same time! Simply select the messages that you’d like to respond to, craft a reply or use the Quick Reply response to respond to similar pieces of anonymous feedback more efficiently. This becomes incredibly helpful when you receive several similar messages. To further sort, filter, or print the collected feedback, export the report to a CSV file to review the feedback collected and responses sent by your system administrator.
