The CoreBoard

The CoreBoard is a snapshot of all the valuable information CoreCounts collects from your team about your organization’s culture and growth. The CoreBoard can be viewed four ways:

  • Our Company’s CoreBoard
  • Department Level CoreBoard
  • Team CoreBoard
  • Member Level CoreBoard

The foundation of a strong culture and a strong team is trust, with trust comes vulnerability and transparency. To increase transparency throughout the organization, all employees can view the Company CoreBoard.

What does this mean? When any member of your team logs into their CoreCounts account, they will be able to view the CoreBoard, as shown below. This version of the Company CoreBoard is view only: team members will not be able to click on the tiles and view Reports, the Culture Heatmap or Anonymous Feedback. The CoreBoard date range will default to the Last 90 Days, however you can update your view to see any custom date range.

The Culture Tracking Gauge quickly shows the aggregate results of your All Company Culture Score, collected through Culture Tracking Surveys and calculated by averaging all the responses collected. Clicking View Report will take you to the Culture Score Report to gain further insights on a department or team level.

The Mission & Values card showcases the overall average score given for the mission and value questions collected through Culture Tracking. Scroll through the card to see the mission score and the score for each of your organization’s values.

The Recognition Received card highlights the amount of recognition received in each category: mission and values. The number indicates the total number of times recognition has been received overall during that time period. Hover over each piece of the pie to see how many times recognition was received for each.

The High & Low Snapshot gives you and your team the ability to quickly see the overall score for the key initiatives you’re working on growing and sustaining. These scores are the overall average score given for each of the specific questions or categories within the Culture Tracking Surveys during the identified time period.

The eNPS, or Employer Net Promoter Score, is based on a standard scoring system designed to help employers measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within their organizations. The data is collected through one specific question in your Culture Tracking Surveys: how likely it is you would recommend the organization as a place to work?

The Overall Participation score is a reflection of the employee engagement with surveys, resources, training, etc. in CoreCounts. The higher the percentage, the more surveys, resources, training, etc., have been completed.

The cards you and your team see on the CoreBoard is directly impacted by:

  • the features and Culture Tracking questions you have enabled
  • the CoreBoard you are viewing

If you do not see one of the six cards listed in this article, it may be because your organization does not have a feature enabled or because CoreCounts has automatically removed cards that would contain anonymous data to ensure your anonymous feedback is truly anonymous.
