High & Low Report

Deceptively simple, the High & Low Report is a powerful tool that allows you to become laser focused on the mission, values, and culture initiatives you’re working to grow and sustain. The full Culture Heatmap is filled with a tremendous amount of information, but sometimes seeing all the data can be overwhelming. The High & Low Report allows you to view only the key initiatives you’re looking to grow and sustain for a period of time.

To set your High & Low Categories, head to the Admin Settings in Culture Tracking. Click on the edit button associated with High & Low Categories, select the Category / Sub-Category / Values initiatives you want to focus on for the year and save your selection. We recommend setting this after you get the results from your Culture Benchmark.

You can get a quick view of the progress your team is making on those key initiatives on the CoreBoard on the High & Low card. Clicking on view report will take you to the robust High & Low Heatmap where you can further review the information your team has provided via Culture Tracking Surveys.

In the example below, you can see this company scores highest in Diversity & Inclusion: Expression and has the most opportunity for growth in Personal Wellness: Stress and Organizational Relationships: Action. By limiting the amount of information we’re taking in, it becomes so much easier to interpret the data and see changes quarter-over-quarter or year-over-year.

Interpreting the color pallet of the heatmap:

  • Ratings of 8-10 have varied shades of green, the deeper the green, the higher the number.
  • Ratings of 6-7 have varied shades of gold, the deeper the gold, the lower the number.
  • Ratings of 0-5 have varied shades of red, the deeper the red, the lower the number.

Click on any cell in the heatmap to gain further insights from your team. Understand exactly what question was asked to prompt their reply and qualify the data by reviewing how many responses have been collected and by how many members.
